Can I upgrade from a Free Profile to a Premium Profile?
Yes, you can upgrade your profile at any time. Just contact us by email using the contact us button at the bottom of this page.
How do I upload my voice, picture, and video content?
Once you have registered for a free profile, or paid for a premium profile, we will be in contact with you by email. You will be sent a link where you can record audio directly into your mobile or other internet connected device.
What does 'profile available indefinitely' mean?
With a Premium Profile, we will make sure your profile is stored and available to your loved ones forever. Normally, this means as long as the Nearby exists, and we will make your content available for download to someone of your choosing should it be needed.
How do future scheduled messages work?
Future messages allow you to record messages in an audio, image, or video format which will be sent to your chosen recipient at your chosen special date. You will provide us with contact information of the recipient and we will ensure to deliver it.
What is a 'second account owner'?
The second account owner is someone you nominate, who can take action on your account, on your behalf. They can correspond with us with any queries on your account, make changes to your account, and also cancel your account. Nominating a second account owner is optional.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account at anytime, simply message us on the email address you recieve our communications from or contact us on the contact form found in the 'Get Started' page of our site. Either the account owner, or nominated second account owner can cancel.
